Special Olympics North Carolina provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Special Olympics North Carolina aims to combine high quality sports with a wide audience, and be a driving force for social inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities.
Special Olympics North Carolina is seeking individuals to help with fundraising for our second annual 5K run on May 7th!
This is a great way to get involved and help provide sports training and competition to nearly 3,000 Mecklenburg County athletes!
