Promoters:

• Spread the word about the camp through social media, community boards, and local events.
• Distribute flyers and promotional materials.
• Engage with potential participants and their parents to provide information and answer questions.

Organizers:

• Assist with setting up and decorating the venue.
• Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are ready for each session.
• Coordinate with speakers and instructors to maintain the schedule.

Session Assistants:

• Help instructors with hands-on activities and workshops.
• Provide guidance and support to students during their projects.
• Ensure all students are engaged and participating actively.

Event Managers:

• Oversee the smooth running of daily activities.
• Address any issues or emergencies that may arise.
• Maintain communication between different volunteer groups to ensure cohesive operation.

Food and Beverage Coordinators:

• Manage the distribution of breakfast and lunch.
• Ensure dietary requirements are met for all participants.
• Keep the dining area clean and organized.

Mentors:

• Provide one-on-one support and advice to students.
• Share personal experiences and insights related to AI and sustainability.
• Encourage and motivate students throughout the camp.
