TruSolace Counseling and Wellness Center

Join us in nurturing our garden, a key part of our TruGrowth kids programming! Volunteers will help enrich the soil, harvest ripe produce, and plant seeds for the upcoming season. This is a hands-on opportunity to support the growth of fresh, healthy food for our community while working alongside children to teach them about gardening and sustainability.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and enriching the soil
• Harvest produce and maintain the garden
• Select and plant seeds for the next growing season
• Support children in their garden activities, fostering learning and connection to nature

Qualifications/Prerequisites:

• No prior gardening experience is required, just a willingness to learn and work outside
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and comfortable with hands-on tasks
• Volunteers should bring gloves and wear weather-appropriate clothing
• A passion for working with kids and supporting community growth
