Innovate Tech Charlotte

Role Description: Volunteers and mentors assist with the delivery of programs and provide guidance and support to program participants.

Duties:

• Program Support: Assist with the setup and delivery of programs, workshops, and events.
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship and support to participants, helping them achieve their goals.
• Community Engagement: Help engage the community and promote Innovate Tech Charlotte’s mission and programs.
• Training: Participate in training sessions to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
• Feedback: Provide feedback to Program Managers on program effectiveness and participant progress.
• Volunteers/Mentors

Experience:

• Volunteer Experience: Previous volunteer or mentoring experience is beneficial.
• Passion for Mission: Strong interest in the organization’s mission and programs.
• Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ideal Background: Volunteers should come from diverse backgrounds, including professionals, educators, retirees, and students with a passion for sustainability, AI, STEM, and leadership.
