Help our Special Talent showcase their skills and handcrafted items to the World.

Our ZABSpreneur program supports specially talented young adults who have a passion, a product idea, and need a beta testing ground and sales platform. 

We guide our ZABSpreneurs through supplies sourcing, quality assurance, cost/pricing determination, packaging & presentation, and marketing. We help our special talent create their own micro-businesses to become financially independent doing what they love. We have a dedicated space in ZABS Place to feature the products of each of our ZABSpreneurs, along with their photo and a brief bio.

Our ZABSpreneur online marketplace specializes in selling handcrafted items created by individuals with special needs. This is a great opportunity to focus on e-commerce, marketing, and analytics while giving back to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the overall look and functionality of the platform, including adding and removing products, updating content, and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
  • Work with the product sourcing team to identify and onboard new artisans and their products onto the platform.
  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to drive traffic and sales on the platform.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage customer service inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Work with the fulfillment team to manage and track inventory, pricing, and shipping.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and tools on Shopify.
  • Track record of success in driving sales and managing an e-commerce platform.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising tactics.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Passion for supporting and empowering individuals with disabilities a plus.
