Event:
Raptor Rendezvous 2025
Start your summer by getting nose-to-beak with beautiful birds, bidding on an expansive silent auction, and listening to a captivating speaker in Charlotte!
Our guest speaker is Jack E. Davis, Pulitzer Prize-winning environmentalist, University of Florida history professor, and author of 2022’s The Bald Eagle: The Improbable Journey of America’s Bird. Dr. Davis visited the Carolina Raptor Center in 2019 while researching this book.
- Drinks and passed hors d'oeuvres begin at 5:30pm, along with photo opportunities with 4 Avian Ambassadors.
- Silent auction bidding begins online on Monday, May 26 and finishes at 7:30pm eastern time on Thursday, May 29 during the event. Auction items include exclusive raptor experiences, local art, wine packages, Eagle Rare bourbon, and other Eagle themed items.
- Seated dinner with remarks and fireside chat with Jack E. Davis, Pulitzer Prize-winning environmentalist, University of Florida history professor, and author of 2022’s The Bald Eagle: The Improbable Journey of America’s Bird.
All proceeds from Raptor Rendezvous support Carolina Raptor Center's mission to ignite a passion for raptors and a responsibility for our shared natural world.
