Promising Pages

Books & Boos invites grown-up readers to find their next heart-stopping read–book fair style! This anti-gala fundraiser celebrates books, indie booksellers, readers, and the beloved school book fairs of childhood. Promising Pages’ book fairs for grown-ups are a great way for book lovers to get their “lit fix” and help us put more books into the hands & homes of under-resourced children.  Must be 21+ years to attend 

Event Highlights

• Genre-inspired titles from indie booksellers
• Prizes for best book-themed & group costumes (bring it book clubs!)
• More ghastly titles will be featured in our Grown-Up Read-a-Loud
• Old-school book fair swag & bookish merch
• Beer, wine, kombucha, lite bites, and a specialty cocktail (lit-themed of course!)
• Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available

Tickets start at $25 for general admission. VIP tickets and Book Club Bundles are also available!
