Our organization offers several services aimed at addressing the needs of youth in our community. Our key program is the BRICK Program, which is designed to support youth facing mental health issues, alcohol, substance use, negative peer relations, and family conflicts. The program offers free individual, family and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused-CBT, and Reality Therapy. Participants engage in activities such as peer discussions, role-playing, art therapy, music therapy and chess to promote personal growth and positive outcomes.

We also facilitate Life Skills Classes for youth and young adults. The classes cover a range of essential life skills topics, tailored to the needs and interests of participants. Topics include communication skills, conflict resolution, decision-making, problem-solving, financial literacy, job readiness, time management, and stress management. We incorporate interactive and experiential learning activities, case studies, group discussions, and guest speakers to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.

ASOP also offers parent workshops for parents and caregivers aimed at fostering healthy parent-child relationships, improving communication, and enhancing parenting skills. These workshops provide practical tips, strategies, and resources to support youth in navigating challenges and strengthening family dynamics.
