Builders Bridge

We want to bridge the gap between needs that exist within our communities and the opportunities within the homebuilding industry to meet those needs. We do this by building career pathways into the homebuilding industry for students, young people and individuals looking for a career-change or a second chance. We create curriculum that educates students, parents, individuals, and educators about the careers and opportunities available in the homebuilding industry. We provide the Navigator Program and work-based learning opportunities for individuals interested in pursuing careers in the homebuilding industry. We create opportunities to expose individuals to the viable, profitable careers within the homebuilding industry.
