What We Do
We are the only organization in NC providing free representation for migrants in detention or facing deportation. We also provide holistic wraparound services to both clients and their families.
Interesting Info
- We have served 128 clients since we started in late 2019 and have created a network of 80 attorneys thus far ready to represent bond cases on a pro-bono basis.
- NC ranks 50th in the country for access to legal representation for immigrants facing deportation. We are leading the effort to change this disparity.
- Our goal is to create a future where all immigrants in NC and the larger region have access to free or low-cost representation.
