The Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Activities League strives to improve the relationship between law enforcement & the communities they serve through full service, high quality youth programming.

PAL Charlotte programming includes Afterschool, Summer Camp, Mentoring, Athletics and community engagement events.
PAL is an independent organization that works side by side with the Sheriff's Office and CMPD to give back to local communities
PAL works with approximately 600 youth directly each year and up to 1,000 indirectly through its programs.
