What We Do

Charlotte Rescue Mission supports men and women at the intersection of addiction and homelessness. Through our CORE programs, Rebound for Men and Dove's Nest for Women and their Children, we offer 120-day residential addiction recovery programming--at no cost. CORE graduates can participate in Recovery Living transitional programs, gaining access to educational/vocational training, workforce development programming, sober and affordable housing, and accountability in sobriety, all for up to two years after graduation. Currently, we serve over 1,000 people per year at twelve properties across Charlotte, including our social enterprise the Community Matters Cafe.

Our programs empower each resident with the skills they need to thrive.
