The CF Foundation is the world's leader in the search for a cure for cystic fibrosis, a progressive genetic disease. Nearly every CF-specific drug available today was made possible with our financial support. The North Carolina Chapter - Charlotte Office hosts fundraising events and programs throughout Charlotte and our region, and welcomes your involvement! Whether it's joining an event committee, our young professionals group, or giving of your time on an event day, volunteers are truly the engine that powers our organization.
