Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for all people with Down syndrome by empowering individuals, families & professionals with information & support through education, social programs & community partnerships.

- The DSA of Greater Charlotte holds one of the only overnight camps for individuals with Down syndrome in the country.
- We were a fully volunteer run organization for 24 years - while we've now grown to have paid staff, the majority of our programs are still led by volunteers!
