What We Do
ECAC is dedicated to empowering families and improving lives, particularly for North Carolina families raising children ages 0 to 26 with disabilities. We are an organization by parents for parents.
We support parents, families, and professionals by answering questions, providing key resources. We help parents determine the available options to best support their child’s education. Locate available resources in your area, including family support networks, school EC offices, and more
