What We Do
Founded in 2017, Freedom Communities is a place-based organization operating in Charlotte’s Freedom-Wilkinson Corridor with a goal to dent generational poverty. Our tagline is family-centered community transformation. We work one on one with families while simultaneously investing in infrastructure like affordable housing, early education and a hub for small business growth.
