What We Do
We assist the formerly incarcerated and those who have a background coupled with a disability, we do this using our lived experience as a blueprint to self sufficiency . We provide services such as assisting with obtaining Identifications, Free Healthcare, Employment Training, Employment Readiness, Financial Literacy , Credit Counseling, emergency housing, temporary housing, smart phone, laptops , backpacks and pathway to home ownership.

- We were able to assist 157 people last year, provided permanent housing for 12 and assisted dozens with employment.
- 80% of homeless people in Charlotte are Black with the majority having an additional barrier by having a criminal background.
- We aim to build 14 transitional house, 20 rental townhomes and 12 affordable houses.
