What We Do

Our mission is helping donors & supporters break the cycle of situational
homelessness through God’s Grace and the Eight Dimensions of
Wellness.

Core Focus: Our purpose is to restore God’s

Charlotte’s Transformation Passport is a Christ-centered, life skill-building program integrating the principles of Eight Dimensions of Wellness and practical incentives. For ten years, we have served more than 200,000 meals to the homeless and graduated 200 adult men and women through our scattered, transitional housing model.

Our new, one campus model provides wrap-around services and resources and has been affirmed by community leaders, as a sure pathway to transforming lives and ending dependency on overcrowded shelters and inadequate resources.

The Harvest Center of Charlotte has developed a sound plan to bring real solutions to break the cycle of homelessness and housing insecurity for 2,000 of our neighbors. We want to break the generational cycle of situational homelessness and support them in finding a permanent place to live and work in our city.
