What We Do
Chronic Stress is pervasive in youth; it blocks brain development and triggers fight/flight reactivity, leading to behavioral and mental health issues and decreased academic performance. Inner Explorer is proven to reduce stress and increase learning readiness with a daily, audio-guided mindfulness program. This brief (5-10 minutes/day), affordable, and scalable approach is available in English and Spanish. Educators press "play" and follow along with students in the classroom, while families can listen to the same daily practices on any internet device through the Inner Explorer@Home app.
