The mission of: TRIUMPH SERVICES is to provide behavioral health treatment, peer support, advocacy and case management for individuals in treatment or transition; as a result of trauma, release from prison, alcohol or substance abuse, survivors of acquired brain injury, victims of domestic violence, homelessness, or other serious circumstance. 

It is our vision to serve these individuals through person-center care management, advocacy and education by developing person-centered care plans, peer support and workforce development that targets the specific needs of these individuals. Services will include evidence-based models, specifically cognitive-behavioral practices and trauma-informed care.
