What We Do
The Junior League of Charlotte, Inc. (JLC) is an organization of women whose mission is to advance women's leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. Our organization commits financial and volunteer resources to community agencies and projects that focus on the most critical needs of the Charlotte community. In June of 2023, the JLC began a five-year focus to partner with organizations supporting the mental and physical health children in grades K-5 living in priority areas of Mecklenburg County.
