New Journey Transitional Housing Services

New Journey Transitional House is a program for single women. Our mission is to provide temporary housing and resources necessary for them in becoming self-sufficient. We strive to help women to learn their purpose, strengths and to empower them to break the cycle of homelessness. 

The ladies must be 18 yrs. or older and should be employed or employable (must be employed within 2 weeks acceptance). The women served must be a resident of Mecklenburg County for at least 30 days. Residents must be willing to provide proof of income earned and save money while in the program. No recent convictions or felonies. 

The ladies will need to complete a referral form with the referring program/ resource
