Piedmont Music Therapy’s mission is to connect, play and grow with individuals of all ages and abilities through music therapy treatment, music lessons and educational programs centered around health and wellness in Mecklenburg and York Counties of the Carolinas.

Q4 Data broken into: 70% music therapy groups, 10% individual music therapy sessions, 4$ individual lessons and 16% community events.
In q4 of 2024, our team connected, played and grew with 582 music therapy group members, 85 individual music therapy clients, 27 studio musicians and 133 community members.
Total numbers for Piedmont Music Therapy in 2024: our team worked with 13 students, 45 individual clients and 467 groups!

Here's a breakdown of the ages of individual music therapy clients served at PMT in 2024: the majority were elementary aged, followed by adolescent/teens then young children, young adults and mid-older adults.
