Present Age Ministries
What We Do
Present Age Ministries is committed to combating the sexual abuse, exploitation and trafficking of teen girls. We equip communities to identify at-risk youth through awareness and prevention programs, while addressing the needs of survivors through holistic care.
North Carolina is among the top 15 states for human trafficking, with Charlotte being the primary hub. Despite this reality, we lack resources for survivors and we are on a mission to be a part of the solution to change that reality. Through our awareness programs, we are engaging the community to address a problem we cannot ignore.
We partner with local schools in CMS and surrounding counties, as well as Charlotte based businesses, faith-based and non-profit organizations. As we work with federal and local agencies; including but not limited to: FBI; Charlotte Task Force, Child Advocacy Centers Department of Juvenile Justice, Social Services, and more - we are able to offer survivors support to meet tangible and intangible needs, giving them a safe place to heal and rebuild their lives.
