What We Do
Queen City Cocoa B.E.A.N.S., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the safe and equitable care of families navigating the perinatal period. B.E.A.N.S. stands for Birth & Breastfeeding, Education, Advocacy, Normalcy and Support. Since 2013, we have equipped families to achieve a more balanced lifestyle by prioritizing their physical, mental, social and financial wellbeing as they adjust to life with new little ones. Our services, programs and events offer families nutrition counseling, health screenings, lactation consultations, doula care, family education and professional training. Our personalized support and our empathy centered approach includes compassionate and culturally appropriate care to BIPOC families.
