RSS is a human services organization with three primary goals: support individual agency, facilitate collective social capital, and enrich community with refugees, former refugees, asylees, special immigrants, humanitarian parolees, their respective families, and the greater Charlotte community. RSS operates a Help Center consisting of five core components: the Navigation and Networking Program, the Mentoring and Support Program, the Youth Education Program, the Food and Community Information Program, and the Artisan and Workforce Development Program. Services provided are unique to our community of impact and designed to assist with essential skills and support as we all work together to build a more welcoming Charlotte.

- RSS Services are meant to support program participants, volunteers, donors, and staff alike as well all work to build a more welcoming Charlotte.
- Since 2020, RSS has worked alongside neighbors who use over 50 different languages as their preferred languages!
