What We Do
Road to Hire interrupts cycles of intergenerational poverty by ensuring the young people in its programs have access to higher education, high-earning careers and prosperous futures.
R2H programs are designed to meet students where they are and provide pathways to high-growth careers in STEM. Road to Hire’s Pathways, Scholarship and Apprenticeship programs serve first-gen college students, students of color and students from low-income backgrounds.
Road to Hire prioritizes serving students whose opportunities continue to be limited by financial barriers and systemic racism, preparing them for technology, healthcare, engineering and other in-demand careers.
