RyzAb0ve Fitness is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides group exercise classes and socialization opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, such as Autism and Down Syndrome, to inspire them to live a healthy and more fulfilling lifestyle, while also cultivating true, meaningful friendships with their peers.
