Samaritan's Feet

Samaritan’s Feet is a humanitarian aid organization that shares a message of hope and love by distributing new shoes and washing the feet of under-served individuals around the world. With our international headquarters in Charlotte, NC, and with the help of volunteers from around the area, it's here that we process and prepare the shoes for distribution in Mecklenburg county, the United States, and around the world. We serve this community by preparing children for school with shoes and school supplies and providing a life-changing service opportunity that allows the community to bond together. It is reported that shoes and socks are in the “Top 5 Items Needed” by students in school (Champions for Kids, 2015). Since its founding by Manny and Tracie Ohonme in 2003, Samaritan’s Feet and its partners have served more than 9.2 million people in 109 nations and more than 550 U.S. cities.
