Servant Girls Inc.™ is a 501© (3) organization that aims to positively impact women and young ladies as they navigate adulthood. Our program promotes cognitive and social development, mentorship, community service, academic scholarships, and workshops that enhance leadership development. As a non-profit organization, we are committed to being a catalyst that empowers women beyond their circumstances, gives resources, and provides tools that will equip them to be self-sufficient while breaking the barriers of poverty and improving their life outcomes.
The implemented approach has been executed using the 4S Model in an effort to impact and cultivate their lives through community engagement, quality relationships, and personal insight. The 4S model is comprised of four key components: Serve, Study, Social, and Scholarships. Since the organization's infancy, this model has helped countless women discover their own strengths and capability while understanding the importance of each component. When they SERVE, they develop civic and social responsibility skills becoming more aware of what their community needs. As they STUDY, they advance their knowledge both biblically and practically. SOCIALLY, it is also significant for women and young ladies to build quality relationships as it offers joy, support, love, and purpose as they connect virtually and in person. Undoubtedly, SCHOLARSHIPS provide financial assistance for these women to pursue their career goals while bridging generational gaps and closing economic disparities.
