What We Do
The primary objective of the S.T.A.R.S. Academy is to empower students to master the basics of Math and English. S.T.A.R.S. teachers provide structured reinforcement of basic Math and English skills. The students are divided into small group sessions for students in grades 3 through 5, grades 6 through 8 and grades 9 through 12. There is also one-to-one tutoring for youth of all ages who need homework assistance or who require additional attention in specific core areas as identified by that student’s teacher or parent. In addition, our instructors are keen on providing cultural enrichment and financial literacy classes for a successful future.
