What We Do

Thrive Global Project is a global resource hub that empowers underserved students and communities by increasing racial and gender equity that enables economic mobility through access to innovative programs and quality educational opportunities.

We fuel the communities we serve with the resources and programs to thrive.

Our programs:

Unzip Your Potential focuses on disadvantaged K-12 students by providing them with a resource package that contains a tailored school supply kit to provide equitable classroom experiences empowering them in life and in the classroom.

Thriving Global Citizens uniquely nurtures empathy and compassion in children by connecting them with peers in Africa. Through engaging presentations and online curriculum, students learn about Tanzania, the Maasai culture, and our lunch program in Tanzania, while integrating core subjects into our curriculum. Empathy education benefits not just classrooms but also communities.

Ready To Thrive Program provides low-income, high-achieving, first-generation college students with scholarships, access to technology, and expert-led programming designed to help students experience a more equitable college experience.

The Lunch Project powers community-driven lunch programs in Tanzania, giving 7,000 kids a hot meal daily. Our school feeding program gives kids the fuel to learn so they can transform their communities.
