What We Do
Training to Work an Industry Niche (TWIN) operate mainly for educational and charitable purposes. Our mission is to support and promote the personal and professional development of individuals. This is mainly accomplished via Workforce Development Programming. We strive to provide blended learning experiences to help individuals develop core competencies and skills relevant to in-demand jobs in their local region.

- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, provided 5 senior facilities with cleaning & disinfection services, which benefitted over 600 seniors
- Our training programs have touched unemployed, under-employed, and employed individuals (at no cost to participants)
- Our aim is to put people to work in at least five different industries that will always be in demand.
