What We Do
Transformation Educational Services, Inc. (TES) was created in 2010 by devoted individuals who were determined to ensure the successful academic and social integration of low-income families and at-risk youth from African immigrants and refugees in the Charlotte community. Our mission is to provide free Afterschool Literacy and Math Assistance, After School Enrichment Activities, Adult Educational and Social Services to students and their families. We also provide GED Preparation to people in need, support, and services to help individuals to be fully ready to integrate into their new communities. Even though the organization's first mission is to help immigrants and refugees, our services are extended to everyone and any group of demographics in America.
The vision of Transformation Educational Services, Inc. is to create and contribute to strong Educational Partnerships, by building cultural and linguistic bridges between students, parents, and teachers.
