What We Do

The Women's Health and Resilience Foundation Inc. envisions a future where holistic well-being profoundly transforms women's lives. Our commitment extends beyond immediate assistance to leave an enduring legacy of empowerment, resilience, and improved health. Founded by three dedicated women—a Women's Health Professor and Physician Assistant, a retired professional boxer and breast cancer survivor, and another breast cancer survivor—our organization aspires to be a beacon of education and support. We aim to empower women with the knowledge and assistance needed to navigate their health journeys with confidence and strength.

Through immersive educational workshops, supportive assistance during and post-treatment, and impactful events like the Annual Concrete Rose Breast Cancer Awareness Gala, we inspire women to proactively manage their well-being. Our initiatives include free women's health education sessions provided by medical professionals, free group fitness activities, resource assistance for women's health needs, and financial support for women undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatment. Together, we are building a thriving community where every woman embraces resilience and wellness, breaking barriers and inspiring positive change for generations to come.
