What We Do
At YBLA, we identify, educate and develop young Black leaders to positively impact their community and beyond.
We focus on helping our young people become college- and career-ready. We achieve our mission through leadership training, transformational experiences, service, and education.
By training one to impact many, our leaders reach back and serve their community. We work with diverse, local, and global communities to create action around social and racial justice.
