What We Do
Youth Meditation is dedicated to empowering youth, teachers and parents with practical knowledge and effective tools for managing stress, anxiety and emotions as they navigate through adolescence. Through Mindful Meditation, students learn to manage fear and anxiety while gaining clarity and focus.
Our current clients include A Child's Place, Charlotte Country Day, Alexander Youth Network, Randolph Middle School and Coulwood Middle School. Help us teach children and their caregivers the tools to live life with the joy and education they deserve.
