Charlotte Speech and Hearing Center is in search of individuals interested in serving on our Board of Directors.
This is an extraordinary opportunity for an individual who is passionate about CSHC’s mission and has a track record of broad leadership skills and business acumen. Board members will have achieved leadership stature in business, government, philanthropy, the nonprofit sector, or as a community volunteer.
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Extensive professional experience with significant executive leadership accomplishments
- A commitment to and understanding of CSHC’s beneficiaries
- Savvy diplomatic skills and an affinity for cultivating relationships and persuading, convening, and building consensus among diverse individuals
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a passion for improving the lives of CSHC stakeholders
