Catawba Riverkeeper Foundation

Join Catawba Riverkeeper to remove trash from around the Catawba River near Moore's Chapel Loop in Charlotte, NC. The Catawba River is an important waterway in the Catawba River Basin as it provides essential urban natural habitat, recreation through trails and parks, and supplies the drinking water source for our neighbors to the south. The Catawba River's main channel spans 225 miles in length and the Catawba-Wateree Basin encompasses 8,900 miles of smaller waterways throughout 26 counties in two states (NC/SC). We are truly thankful you are donating your time and service to enhance the health of our shared water network!
