Join us in celebrating 10 years of impact! Center 360 is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Volunteer Event Planner to help us organize and execute a memorable 10th-anniversary celebration. 🥳 This milestone event will bring together past and present volunteers, board members, program partners, staff, supporters, and donors for a day of appreciation, connection, and fundraising.

Role Overview
The Volunteer Event Planner will work closely with the Executive Director to coordinate all aspects of the event, from logistics and vendor management to programming and creative touches. Your expertise and passion for event planning will help ensure this celebration is an unforgettable experience that honors our history and fuels excitement for the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Executive Director to design the event’s vision, theme, and schedule.
• Assist with coordinating with vendors for venue, catering, decorations, and giveaways.
• Assist with budgeting and securing in-kind donations or sponsorships.
• Help organize outreach and invitations for guests, including past and present supporters.
• Develop an event timeline and oversee logistics, including set-up and break-down.
• Assist with managing volunteers for the event day.
• Brainstorm creative ways to incorporate fundraising into the celebration.
   

Qualifications

• Event planning experience preferred (professional or volunteer-based).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for bringing ideas to life.
• A passion for Center 360’s mission and a commitment to making the event a success.
   

Time Commitment

• Flexible schedule with an estimated 3–5 hours per week leading up to the event (August 18, 2025).
• Availability to attend planning meetings and the event itself.
