Come out to class, hang out with the group, and help out where comfortable. Our fitness classes are "social-based" which means that it is meant to be fun and interactive. We create an environment for our athletes to be just who they are, and wow, it sure is such a wonderful sight to see. Please bring an open mind, and be ready to move, laugh, and make new friends. Must complete our volunteer application and waiver form, and agree to be subjected to a background check.
