Position Title: Event Coordinator Assistant/General Support
Role: Volunteer
Time Commitment: Flexible; typically 1-3 hours per week around events. Additional hours may be needed the day of events.
Overview: Join us in planning and executing some of our most important events, including The Sarcoma Stomp, Paula’s Circle of Hope Luncheon, and Growing Hope Through Art. As an Event Coordinator Assistant, Round Up Campaigns. you will help ensure these events run smoothly and successfully.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event planning and logistics.
- Help coordinate event setup and breakdown.
- Support event registration and manage attendee needs.
Impact: Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our events, helping us raise funds and awareness for sarcoma research.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm for the Paula Takacs Foundation’s mission.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
