FARM127 is looking for one to two former foster youth who have aged out of foster care and desire to help current young adults aging out of the system find stability and value by serving as Ambassadors to our Board of Directors and staff.
This is a volunteer role with a unique opportunity to speak into a budding organization whose vision is to bridge the gap between foster care and independent adulthood creating a community where all young adults aging out of foster care thrive and know they are valued.
Our mission is to provide young adults aging out of foster care with housing, advocacy, and community, empowering them to thrive in independent adulthood.

Requirements:
Desire to support the mission and vision of FARM127
Ability to donate 5-10 hours per month to FARM127: mostly remote with the opportunity to attend monthly meetings
Ability to work independently and alongside the Director and Board
Must have aged out of foster care: Turned 18 while in care and either was emancipated or enrolled in a Voluntary Placement Agreement
