We are champions for young adults aging out of foster care. No one should have to walk alone. It is our mission to provide young adults aging out of foster care with housing, advocacy, and community, empowering them to thrive in independent adulthood. FARMyouth meet regularly with an Independent Living Mentor who assists in securing housing and advocates for their specific needs with community partners who are experts in providing wrap-around services.
FARM127 strives to disrupt the generational cycle of entering into foster care and homelessness by providing community and support, assisting in a successful transition from foster care to a flourishing, independent adulthood.
- Housing: Housing assessment; assist in acquiring safe, affordable, stable housing; monthly housing support
- Advocacy: Needs/Wellness Assessment; Mentorship/GoalPlanning; Literacy; Life Skills; Job Readiness; Next Steps Education; Transportation.
