Board Treasurer

The LHCC Board of Directors is seeking a qualified and experienced Treasurer to join our team in 2025.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial health of LHCC.
  • Review the monthly financials prepared by the ED/bookkeeper
  • Present financial reports to the Board of Directors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
  • Work closely with the Executive Director and the Finance Committee.
  •  

Qualifications:

  • Strong financial acumen and experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience serving on a non-profit board (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

This role is expected to require less than three hours per month, most of which can be remote.

We are also seeking the services of a bookkeeper to assist with QuickBooks, about two hours per months and about 15 hours at year end.
