The Down Syndrome Association of Greater Charlotte is seeking a marketing professional to help with development of organization communication and strategy. This position will be (remotely) managed by the Executive Director and will collaborate with the Program Coordinator. Please note that this is a VOLUNTEER position. Candidates can work remotely from anywhere. We are seeking a minimum commitment of five hours weekly.

Primary Responsibilities
TASKS MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Creation of Press Releases for events, programs, Medical Outreach, conferences, etc.
Develop Monthly Newsletter content
Admin tasks related to marketing and social media, such as calendar updates, edits to marketing materials, website, Facebook check-ins, etc.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Strong writing skills
