Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administration Support Volunteer. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our mission to enhance the quality of life for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and other documents.
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and meetings.
  • Help manage our social media accounts and website updates.
  • Provide general office support as needed to various departments.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for mental health advocacy and community service.
  • Prior administrative experience is a plus, but not required.

Time Commitment:

  • Flexible hours with a minimum commitment of 5 hours per week.
