The Paula Takacs Foundation - Champions Celebration Volunteers

We’re excited to invite enthusiastic volunteers to help make our Champions Celebration a memorable and successful event. Each role plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests, and training will be provided. The event will take place on January 15, 2025. 1. Registration Desk Attendants (4 needed)

  • Role: Welcome and check in guests, distribute name tags, and provide event information.
  • Shift: 3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Ideal for: Friendly, organized individuals who enjoy interacting with attendees.
     

2. Silent Auction Set-Up & Check-Out (4 needed)

  • Role: Help set up the silent auction, display items attractively, assist guests during bidding, and manage check-out at the close of the auction.
  • Shift: 2:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Ideal for: Detail-oriented volunteers comfortable with handling auction items and guest interactions.

     

3. Raffle Attendants (2 needed)

  • Role: Sell raffle tickets, answer questions about prizes, and encourage guests to participate.
  • Shift: 3:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Ideal for: Outgoing individuals who enjoy engaging with guests and promoting participation.
     


4. Table Attendants for Paula Takacs Foundation Information (2 needed)

  • Role: Manage the Paula Takacs Foundation information table, provide guests with program materials, and answer questions about our mission.
  • Shift: 4:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
  • Ideal for: Friendly, approachable volunteers passionate about sharing our mission with others.
