Machiah's House needs a steady stream of new leads locally and from across the country to continue serving the most vulnerable and overlooked population; young women aged-out of foster care. Machiah's House is in the early stage and seeking to acquire a safe transitional home in Charlotte, North Carolina where we can provide life skills, weekly counseling, educational and employment readiness and social outing activities in our community.
We’re seeking an outgoing, artistic member with an entrepreneurial spirit to work alongside our social media and our marketing team. As the Social Media & Content volunteer, you will be responsible for bringing Machiah's House voice to life across multiple social platforms. You will build relationships with potential donors and sponsors, partners, stakeholders and influencers to create a robust discovery engine for our brand.
This volunteer position will report to our Executive Director and our Marketing board, this Social Media volunteer position is where the innovative mind carries out our mission, core values, and vision. You will be responsible for developing compelling content and social media tactics that establish a sense of community, grow brand engagement and support lead generation objectives.
