Major Performance Duties

Conducts all business in accordance with agency policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to rental housing and supportive housing programs. While the following should be considered a comprehensive description of this position, it should also be noted that some responsibilities and duties may not be specifically addressed.

  1. Work closely with development staff in order to meet fundraising goals.
  2. Attend events in the community to help share our mission. 
  3. Help with administrative work like filing paper documents.
  4. Other duties as assigned by manager or Leadership team.

Position Requirements

  1. Self-motivated, team player.
  2. Strong organizational skills, with keen attention to details. 
  3. Moderate experience working with social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn).
